WE NAMED IT FOR THE PART WE LOVE
Dissolve My Dough was an instruction. It was us at full volume, waving from a market stall, telling dough what to do.
After Dough is the part we were always selling: the quiet ten minutes after you bake, when the bowl soaks itself clean and you get to sit down with your bread.
Same formula, same enzymes, same two people mixing it. Only the label changed.

- The volume. The new look is calmer, because the product always was.

Two friends, two stand mixers, and a whole lot of stuck dough. That is where this started, and none of it is going anywhere. We just found a name that sounds like what the product feels like.
